Property Watch is a free service provided by the Cache County Recorder’s Office that will enable you to keep track of any record changes to your property by sending you an email notification whenever a document gets recorded against your property.
There are many different sources today advertising that your property is in jeopardy of title fraud and that you need to pay a third party to protect your home equity and title. The simple truth of the matter is that nobody can provide you with more information or protection for your property than what is already available to you by visiting the County Recorder's Office. At the Cache County Recorder's Office, you can find out exactly what documents have been recorded against your property. With the launching of Cache County Property Watch, the need for visiting our office in person will be eliminated and the most accurate and current information about documents recorded against your property will be sent directly to your email free of charge.
This service is currently in the final stages of beta testing and will be ready to launch soon. To preregister for Cache County Property Watch, and receive an email notifying you when the service is officially launched and ready for you to sign up, please leave us your email below.
