Cache County

All ARPA awards to non-profits shall be on the basis of at least one of the following:
- Decreased revenue (e.g., from donations and fees)
- Financial insecurity
- Increased costs (e.g., uncompensated increases in service need)
- Capacity to weather financial hardship
- Challenges covering payroll, rent or mortgage, and other operating costs

Cache County is making $515,000 available to nonprofit organizations in Cache County through an online application process.

• A Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) was released in July 2021 to provide guidance for the FR.

• An updated version of the FAQs and the Final Rule (FR) was released on January 6, 2022.

• An Overview of the Final Rule was released in January 2022.

• The Treasury also issued the Statement Regarding Compliance with the Coronavirus State and Local Fiscal Recovery Funds Interim Final Rule and Final Rule.

• In the Project and Expenditure Report User Guide, beginning on page 128, are the Expenditure Categories required for reporting.
