Combined Tax Relief

This application incorporates disabled veteran's exemption, blind exemption, active duty exemption, and the low income abatement. All tax relief requires supplemental documents to verify critical information.  

 

  1. All applicant's must fill out questions 1-13
  2. Select the box relating to the specific tax relief you are applying for and fill out all the questions in the box 
  3. All applicant's must complete the "oath and signature" section

 

Filing Deadline is September 1st

 

Applications must be turned in at the Auditor's Office
