Noxious Weed Wisdom
Currently there are eighteen weeds listed on the Utah noxious weed list, three additional weeds on the Cache County noxious weed list, and eight weeds listed as invader species in Cache County. All state and county weeds listed as noxious are required by law to be controlled. Click on the noxious weed names below to view photographs of the listed weeds. The photographs shown in these links were taken from the top selling "Noxious Weed Field Guide for UTAH" that was published by the Cache County Weed Department in cooperation with Utah State University Extension. Photographs were taken by Nathan Belliston, Steve Dewey, and Richard Old. If you should find any of these weeds please contact the weed department so that we can work to get them controlled. Thank you.
