Cooperative Weed Management Areas

Cache County is involved with two Cooperative Weed Management Areas (CWMA's), Utah-Idaho CWMA and Weber River CWMA. These CWMA's have been set up to encourage cooperation, as opposed to finger pointing, between various government agencies and the general public.

The Utah-Idaho CWMA consists of all of Cache and Box Elder Counties in Utah and all of Bannock, Franklin and Oneida Counties in Idaho.

The Weber River CWMA consists of the southern portion of Cache County, part of Box Elder county, and all of Weber and Morgan Counties.
