Congregate
Congregate is a lunch offered at the Senior Center 12 p.m. to 1 p.m. Please call by 4 p.m. the working day before visit 435-755-1720.
Meals on Wheels
Meals on wheels is a program designed to assist:
- homebound seniors 60 and older
- those at nutritional risk
- or those with health issues
It provides hot lunches delivered to their home. Contact Kris at the Senior Center for more details.
Transportation Services
Transportation services are available Monday through Friday from 9 am to 3 pm. Contact Barry at the center for more information.
Ensure - A Nutritional Liquid Supplement
- A prescription for Ensure from your physician is required.
- A maximum of two cases per month is allowed.
- There is a minimal charge for the product.

RSVP
RSVP offers seniors an opportunity to be placed in voluntary service within the community. Opportunities are many and they vary. Contact Mary Lou for more information on how to join.
