Marriage License Information
Certified Copies
You may obtain a certified copy of your marriage license once it has been returned to the County Clerk’s Office. This can be done in one of three ways:
In Person:
- Certified Copy Fee: $9 each
By Phone:
- 435-716-7150
- Must have a VISA or MasterCard
- Certified Copy Fee: $9 each
- Credit Card Service Fee: $5
By Mail:
- 179 N. Main St., Suite 102, Logan, UT 84321
- Send a written request including:
- Name of bride and groom
- Date of marriage
- Marriage License number (if known)
- Check written to Cache County Clerk
- Certified Copy Fee: $9 each
