Truth in Taxation Notice Note
Truth in Taxation notices were recently sent to real property owners in Cache County. There was a minor error in the ‘This Year’s Market Value’ section of those with greenbelt valuations. The greenbelt amount in parenthesis was inadvertently added into the Total Property Value. This did not affect anything else including the property tax amounts. However, if you need a corrected copy of your Truth in Taxation notice you may request one through the Cache County Auditor’s office 435-755-1700.
